Parent Social Networking Night

In the past Dragonfly Pond has organized parent respite weekends. This year, parents asked for a social networking night out. Creative and energetic volunteers planned a wine and cheese evening at a local hotel, during which families were able to connect, network and have a few laughs.

Fundraisers and Promotions

Dragonfly Pond continues to fundraise to provide the opportunities and services we dream of. Local community funding agencies support Dragonfly Pond, and continue to provide support for our innovative community projects. It is important to acknowledge the dedication of our volunteer board who work relentlessly doing local fundraisers such as bake sales, raffles, yard sales and craft fairs. We are grateful for all the community efforts that are made to support our programs

Public Events & Community Participation

Dragonfly Pond volunteers participate in Children�s Fairs, community events/information sessions and community coalitions in order to promote our dreams, visions and activities. Public events provide the opportunity to build partners, build relationships with all families, and build bridges for families with children with complex care needs.
